As you know the HBA of
Michigan was successful in the passage of House Bill 4134 (now PA 494 of 2012)
which removes 18 mills from inventory homes going forward. The State Tax
Commission has issued an official bulletin addressing PA 494. The link for this
bulletin is listed below.
